Jackson, north

The zip code 38305 encompasses north Jackson and Madison County.  Jackson for the last several decades has been on a northern growth path.  Much of the new shopping areas, private schools and residential developments are located here.  This development more recently has spilled over into north east and to a lesser degree north west Jackson.  There are many great established neighborhoods and subdivision in these areas as well as a majority of the new residential construction.  Some of the more expensive homes are located in this area, but there is a great selection of neighborhoods with  variety of affordable priced homes.
